Assurant Solutions Companies Announce Special Weekend Hours to Service Claims from Victims of Hurricane Frances

ATLANTA/MIAMI: Assurant Solutions announced that its property and casualty insurance companies will open their toll-free claims service lines on Sunday, Sept. 5, and Labor Day, Sept. 6, to accept claims reports from victims of Hurricane Frances.

• Policyholders of American Bankers Insurance Company of Florida should call 1.877.459.6075. Special weekend hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern. Regular service hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Eastern, Monday through Friday.
  
  
• Policyholders of American Security Insurance Company should call 1.800.326.2845. Special weekend hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Eastern.  Regular service hours 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Eastern, Monday through Friday.
  
  
• Policyholders of American Reliable Insurance Company and Voyager Indemnity Insurance Company should call 1.800.245.1505. Special weekend hours: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Pacific, on Sunday, Sept. 5; 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Pacific, on Monday, Sept. 6. Regular service hours are 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Pacific, Monday through Friday.

Assurant Solutions said it has mobilized the necessary resources to fully support its customers at this difficult time. Homeowners who suffer a loss are encouraged to call the appropriate toll-free claims service line as soon as possible to schedule inspections of their properties.
