News Room August 14, 2004 Assurant Solutions Companies Announce Contact Telephone Numbers for Victims of Hurricane Charley ATLANTA: Assurant Solutions announced that its property and casualty insurance companies will open their toll-free claims service lines on Sunday, Aug. 15, 2004, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m., Eastern, to begin processing claims for victims of Hurricane Charley in Florida.
These service lines are normally open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Eastern, Monday through Friday. Homeowners who have suffered a loss during Hurricane Charley are encouraged to contact the Assurant Solutions companies as soon as possible so that their claims can be resolved quickly.
