Assurant Solutions Receives Customer Inter@ction Solutions® Magazine’s 2006 Product of the Year Award

Patented Call Processing Systems Honored for Outstanding Innovation

ATLANTA/NORWALK, Conn.: Assurant Solutions, a leading provider of specialty insurance and insurance-related products and services, announced that its patented and patent-pending call processing systems have received a 2006 Product of the Year Award from Technology Marketing Corporation’s (TMC®) Customer Inter@ction Solutions® magazine (www.cismag.com). Customer Inter@ction Solutions has been the leading publication covering customer relationship management, call centers and teleservices since 1982.

The Assurant Solutions call processing systems are marketed under the name Targeted Solutions. They are used to optimize sales and retention efforts in contact centers through a series of dynamic customer and agent analytics. Assurant Solutions is offering the systems to its clients and to other entities that service customers through contact centers. Assurant Solutions is developing additional modules, including a targeted collections system, for introduction later in 2007.
