- Off-site Repair – We will either ship your customer a box or download a shipping label to return the product to one of our many depot repair centers across the United States, or advise him/her to bring the product to a local repair center.
- Gift Card Replacement Programs – Customers will have the convenience of gift card replacement, driving them back to your stores for replacement products.
- Product Replacement – We will drastically reduce a customer’s downtime by simply replacing his/her product.

We use a custom-built call management system to monitor the status of each service dispatch in real time, which ensures proactive attention to resolve issues. Additionally, Assurant Solutions shares this information with each of our partners to ensure there are no questions about performance.
